From single pieces to series production: We manufacture custom screw flights designed to fit perfectly in your screw conveyor, conveyor screw, auger, or lifting screw.
// Manufacturing
We manufacture sectional screw flights, continuous flighting, mixing paddles, augers, and conveyor screws entirely in-house. Using modern machinery, we produce products suitable for applications in bulk handling, recycling, the chemical industry, and construction. This also applies to specialty items such as flat jacks or hollow stem auger designs.
// Material
Depending on your application, we supply screw flights in S235/S355 structural steel, abrasion-resistant steel, stainless steel (e.g., stainless steel continuous flighting), and duplex. We advise on the right choice for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, and service life, for example for auger drilling, conveyor screws, or screw conveyors in washing machines.
// Configurations
Straight, conical, shafted, shaftless, or supplied separately: we manufacture sectional and continuous flighting in any desired design. You can also contact us for the refurbishment of existing used conveyor screw/ auger or parts of a screw conveyor. Special designs such as perforated screw flights, custom-made ribbon flighting, serrated flighting, or steel auger flights are among the options available.

Van den Hout Metaal en Machinebouw B.V. was founded in 2000. Due to steady annual growth, we are now an enthusiastic team of 19 employees. We are a team with extensive knowledge and expertise, including certified welders, who are the foundation of our ability to deliver custom-made solutions.
